A digital ecosystem for Zenato: web design for a leading wine brand

The previous website, developed at an earlier stage of the brand’s journey, no longer reflected its current positioning nor effectively supported the user experience. This made it clear that the corporate website needed to be rethought—without losing the value and identity built over time.

NSG partnered with Zenato in a digital evolution that began with the development of the Wine Club and later extended to the institutional website, with the goal of creating a cohesive, high-performing ecosystem fully aligned with the brand’s value and maturity.

The project began with an in-depth analysis aimed at restoring clarity and consistency across the entire digital ecosystem.

We redesigned the information architecture to simplify navigation and improve access to content, alongside building a stronger SEO framework to enhance organic visibility.

A clearer, more cohesive digital experience

Content was reorganized with a more intuitive logic, highlighting the different facets of Zenato—from the territory to the wines, through to hospitality—without fragmenting the narrative. At the same time, smoother navigation paths were designed to naturally lead users toward key actions, such as discovering the wines or booking a visit.

The website design was also redefined in this direction: a clean, refined aesthetic built on generous spacing, visual rhythm, and attention to detail—reflecting the brand’s premium positioning without unnecessary embellishments.

Results: when design creates value

The data confirms the effectiveness of the project:

  • High engagement levels, with around 11 interactions per session
  • 73.5% of winery visit bookings generated directly through the website
  • “Visit the winery” ranks among the top-performing pages, confirming an experience that successfully guides users to conversion

The website has evolved into a true business tool, supporting both winery visits and Wine Club activities.
