
A prominent name in the world of Italian sparkling wine, deeply committed to research and innovation and part of the German group Rotkäppchen-Mumm, the Ruggeri winery has been a pioneer for over five generations, firmly believing in the potential of the Glera grape in Valdobbiadene and experimenting with innovative sparkling and aging techniques.
The idea behind the innovative design of the Limitless Edition was to create a product that could be seen as a “creative and conceptual artwork”—a true expression of the brand’s essence: its visionary spirit and intangible identity. The concept revolves around the number 4, a direct evolution of the historical meaning behind the name “Quartese.” It is expressed through the four fundamental elements—fire, earth, air, and water—which have become symbols of the unique characteristics of the Valdobbiadene region.
The new “Limitless Edition” label stands out for its use of premium materials and advanced printing techniques: foils, nano-etching, embossing, natural textures, layered heavyweight papers, and UV-reactive varnish visible under Wood light.
The expertise of the partners involved played a key role in the project, and thanks to this exceptional collaboration, the resulting design tells the story of both a region and a brand—captivating the viewer in the light… and in the dark! The Wood lights inside the case reveal the deeper meaning behind the design.
