NSG Design worked alongside Convento di San Lorenzo to create the label for their flagship wine, “Clos Convento San Lorenzo”.
This project allowed us to demonstrate our expertise in developing positioning strategies, designing brand identity and communication for the wine sector. Particular attention was paid to sustainability, choosing Drops WSA PCR-FSC paper by UPM Raflatac, which helped tell and enhance the story and the commitment to sustainability of Convento di San Lorenzo.

The challenge and NSG’s approach:
The key role of sustainability:
In line with the philosophy of Convento di San Lorenzo, we placed a strong emphasis on sustainability in the choice of label materials.
Drops WSA PCR-FSC paper, 100% recycled and made with FSC Mix materials from FSC-certified forests, was the ideal choice. This unique paper, with its wavy, translucent surface, was able to represent the softness and harmony of the land of the Convento di San Lorenzo vineyards.
Creativity in the service of excellence:
The creative challenge was to develop a distinctive, classy design that would represent the uniqueness of “Clos Convento San Lorenzo” and its connection with the history of the Convento. Our team worked in close collaboration with the “Convento di San Lorenzo” to understand the values and history of the winery and translate them into a label that would capture the attention of consumers who care about the environment and quality.
The project results:
The collaboration with Convento di San Lorenzo allowed us to demonstrate our ability to enhance wine excellence through a distinctive and sustainable design.
The “Clos Convento San Lorenzo” label is a tangible example of how creativity and experience can help tell and enhance the story and commitment of a winery.
