Wine Label & Packaging Design for Nino Negri Vigne di Montagna

Nino Negri has its soul in mountain viticulture: “heroic”, authentic, an expression of the territory. Each wine of the “Vigne di Montagna” project begins with a selection of vineyards suited to telling the terroir of Valtellina. Here the sandy, silty soil of the terraces is generally shallow; it is not uncommon to see vines sending their roots directly into the cracks in the rock.

For these reasons, the project sets out to reflect the most characteristic aspects of this challenging territory, depicting the way the soils are layered and the different colours of the rocks present, which originated with the genesis of the Alps.
