After Ferragosto, with the harvest now close, the season brought the vines a second great gift: strong day-night temperature swings.
At night the berry sealed in all the aromas synthesised during the day.
Already in the vineyard, nature enriched Testanera with extraordinary aromas and fragrances.
The harvest, strictly by hand in small crates, preserved the grapes from early, uncontrolled fermentation caused by the weight of the must.
